deleting your account
what gets deleted and what happens to your sparkies.
- your profile details (name, username, photo, phone) are deleted and your account stops appearing on naiss. this cannot be undone.
- you lose all your sparkies and any money you haven't asked to cash out yet. they can't be recovered.
- if you have already asked for a cash-out, you need to wait until we send it before you can delete your account. if that transfer fails afterwards, that money is lost.

yes. ask for a cash-out from your wallet and wait until we send it. once it is sent, you can delete your account.
what if that transfer fails?
if you delete your account with a cash-out already sent and the transfer fails, that money is lost. to be safe, wait until it reaches your bank account before deleting.
