share the route.
bring the savings back.
the kilometres you share can generate certifiable energy savings. sparkies are how that reward reaches the people who made the journey together.
step by stepexplore the sparkie journey
from a shared ride to a reward.
sparkies are linked to shared kilometres that can be certified under spain’s energy savings framework. they are not a seat price or what you owe the driver. that account belongs in tabs. here, the purpose is to recognise savings and return value to the people who generated them.
step by step
record the ride you actually shared
participate in the real ride and record the route with naiss. the app needs to be able to verify the shared journey. a photo alone is not the same as certified kilometres.
complete the tasks shown in the app
each participant may have pending tasks, such as verification, consent or a survey required for certification. check that ride’s status and complete your own tasks so the process can continue.
follow the process through to euros
your balance distinguishes pending and confirmed sparkies, certification and distribution. available euros have their own state. check the current amounts and conditions in the app before requesting a withdrawal.
a closer look
a pending task is not a lost payment
when a participant needs to do something, the app shows the action they can take. at other times a ride is waiting for review. telling a task apart from a wait helps you know when you can act and when the process needs to continue.
the balance and calendar tell different stories
sparkie status explains where your rewards are in the process. the published calendar provides context about travel periods and distribution. a planned date alone does not mean money is already available.
sparkies, tabs and xp have different roles
tabs organises accounts between people. sparkies relate to certified savings and can become euros. xp and streaks belong to the game experience. progress in one does not mean the balances in the others change.
why you earn more with naiss
for the same certified energy savings, you take home around 60% more.

other apps
sharing has value. we return most of what we receive for certified energy savings and use a share to keep the app, servers and team running. the aim is for that share to keep getting smaller.
do sparkies expire?
no. once earned they stay in your wallet until they're turned into euros and you cash out.
what sparkies arecan i send sparkies to a friend?
no. they're tied to the km you personally travelled, so they can't be transferred.
what sparkies arewhy do i have to wait?
we gather enough savings and send them for certification through delcae. review and payment follow. we need enough volume, and each step takes time. it can take months.
when and how you get paidthe wallet says "ready to cash out", have you paid me?
not yet. it means they're priced and yours, but the money moves once you request the transfer.
when and how you get paiddo i have to publish the trip to earn sparkies?
no. publishing the photo is just the social part. what you do need is to answer the trip questions when we ask.
my trip shows zeroi answered the survey and it's still zero
give it about 30 minutes from when the driver stops driving. if it's still zero after a while, message us and we'll look at it together.
